By submitting works to which you hold the copyright to the Halcyon Island Zine, you agree:
1. That it will be distributed through a zine which is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.0 Generic License
2. That you are the full copyright holder and take full legal responsibility for its contents
